Shiveen Shiveen takes full responsibility for orders shipped to major cities in India, where we use private courier companies (e.g., BlueDart, DTDC, First Flight, DHL) for delivery.

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Shiveen Shiveen.

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or replaced.

Shiveen Shiveen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. If an order is canceled, the payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed accordingly.

If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name/address, recipient unavailable), any additional costs for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. Shiveen Shiveen reserves the right to validate the information and details provided by the user at any time. If any details are found to be false, Shiveen Shiveen has the right to reject the registration and bar the user from using the services of www.shiveenshiveen.com without prior notice.

Shiveen Shiveen will not entertain complaints after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Shiveen Shiveen will not be liable for any type of credit card fraud. The responsibility for using a card fraudulently lies with the user, and the onus to prove otherwise rests solely on the user. The user must exclusively use their own card on the site.
